At 7pm local time on September 15, 2012 in Namibia, New Times CEO Mr. Li Guihua and Head of Personnel Department Mrs. Chen (Mrs. Apple) attended the African anti-AIDS charity fundraiser organized by the first lady of Namibia, Madam Penehupifo Pohamba.
